We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the Marketing & Communications Team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating events and supporting corporate sponsorships.
The ideal candidate will be confident in coordinating events and sponsorships, and comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will have a tertiary qualification in marketing, event management or a related field, and experience in marketing, sponsorships or event coordination.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Event Coordination: Coordinating events from planning through to execution and post-event reporting
- Supporting Corporate Sponsorships: Supporting Perks' corporate sponsorship function, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Sponsorship Database Management: Maintaining the sponsorship database
- Marketing Inbox Management: Managing the Marketing Inbox, responding to queries promptly
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the Marketing & Communications Team
