Job Title: Marketing Event Coordinator

Job Description

The Marketing Event Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting the event marketing program across the three-day activation.

Responsibilities include liaising with internal stakeholders, including government agencies and steering committees to ensure successful event delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate event logistics and activations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery
  • Manage event communications and drive attendance
  • Collaborate with design and media teams to maintain branding consistency
  • Write and review promotional content for events
  • Support campaign tracking and approval processes
