The Role

This opportunity is based in our Murarrie office, where you will receive on-the-job training with ongoing mentoring and support to kickstart your career.

You will complete a nationally recognized Certificate III in Business Administration while gaining experience and developing key business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Invoicing customers and managing client interactions
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Data entry and general office duties
Essential Attributes
  • Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Able to follow instructions and meet company deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel
