Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our underground coal operations. This includes designing and implementing curriculum, conducting assessments, and providing feedback to trainees. The role also involves working closely with subject matter experts to ensure that training content is accurate and relevant.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of underground coal mining operations
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
