Job Opportunity: Lead Workplace Rehabilitation Services

We are excited to announce a newly created role in our workplace rehabilitation services team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced leader to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

This leadership position involves managing a caseload of clients, conducting assessments and delivering case management services to support clients in returning to their previous employment. You will also provide leadership support to your team consisting of multidisciplinary allied health backgrounds, leading them to meet individual and team targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of clients, conducting assessments and delivering case management services
  • Providing leadership support to your team, guiding them to meet individual and team targets
  • Demonstrating commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients

The ideal candidate will have experience in vocational/occupational rehabilitation, tertiary allied health qualifications in occupational therapy or related fields, professional registration with AHRPA or similar, demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role, excellent time management skills and high degree of organisational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and confidence to utilise initiative to solve problems and achieve outcomes.

Requirements:
