Job Summary

A Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist plays a vital role in delivering innovative services to clients with workplace injuries, disabilities, and health conditions.

This is an opportunity for a mature, driven, and motivated individual to join the Employment Services team as a key member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine job seeking preparation and placement needs for clients with workplace injuries or health conditions.
  • Maintain relationships with potential employers to source work trials and new employment opportunities.
  • Work independently and effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 year's experience in workplace rehabilitation services, disability management, job placement, or recruitment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with electronic client record keeping.
  • Class C Drivers licence and access to own vehicle.
