Rehabilitation Team Lead

This role is responsible for leading a team of high-performing rehabilitation consultants to achieve quality recovery and return-to-work outcomes for injured workers.
- Lead a team to create an open discussion forum and address day-to-day topics, short-term, and long-term goal setting.
- Collaborate with team members to explore psych topics, facilitate continuous learning initiatives, and review productivity.
- Ensure senior management messages are communicated effectively to the team.
About This Role:
- Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with full registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or RCAA.
- Provisional Registration with AHPRA may be considered if the end of your internship is near.
- Solid experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant managing psychological injuries.
- Either experience in a Team Leader type role or currently a Rehabilitation Consultant with a strong desire to step up to a Team Leader.
- Car and valid Driver's license.
- Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
