Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Frontline Hospitality Melbourne West. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 12 or more staff members to achieve high standards of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day floor operations, including inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate firm but fair leadership, setting high standards for performance and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Utilize your knowledge in stock management to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and minimize losses.
- Team Motivation: Lead by example to inspire and motivate your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including kitchen, front-of-house, and management, to ensure overall business success.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven management experience in a food and beverage setting, with a strong track record of success.
- Passion: Motivation and passion to move into a Food and Beverage Management role, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Customer Service: Strong passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Inventory Management: Excellent knowledge of stock management and inventory control, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Operations: Hands-on experience with floor operations and running the floor during peak hours, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
