Strategic Communication Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled communication professional to lead our internal communications efforts. This role will provide strategic guidance to senior leaders, drive integrated communication plans, and partner across the organisation to ensure clear, aligned, and engaging messaging.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic communication guidance to senior leaders, including members of the Executive Committee.
  • Develop and execute integrated communication plans that support critical initiatives and business priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure messaging is clear, aligned, and engaging.
  • Play a key role in communication governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance in all internal communications.

You are a strategic communicator with deep expertise in internal/employee communications and a proven track record of advising senior leaders. You bring a thoughtful, business-minded approach to communication planning and are confident navigating complex stakeholder environments.

You are skilled in developing clear, engaging content and have a solid understanding of communication governance and risk.

You are comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support content creation and delivery, and you value innovation when it enhances clarity and connection.

Your ability to translate business priorities into meaningful employee communications is matched by your commitment to continuous improvement.

You are collaborative, pragmatic and purpose-driven, with a deep understanding of how communication can shape culture and drive engagement.
