As a seasoned communications professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and impactful change communications that engage internal stakeholders and external audiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting compelling stories and visual content that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand communication requirements and context.
  • Supporting the delivery of integrated communication plans to execute awareness campaigns and program announcements.
  • Developing engaging campaign assets, including briefing toolkits, leader messages, and high-quality articles and videos.

This role requires a tertiary qualification in communications, PR, or journalism, along with at least four years' experience in content roles within corporate or agency settings.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective change communication strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to craft persuasive narratives and simplify complex messages.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, with experience using Adobe Creative Suite highly regarded.
