About the Role

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading a portfolio of organizational projects, focusing on delivering Business as Usual (BAU) and transformation work. Key activities include:

  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with business sponsors to define success metrics and criteria, and provide regular status updates.
  • Leadership: Build, lead, and coach teams through complex technical project activities.
  • Estimation and Design: Conduct feasibility studies for new features or enhancements to existing systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review the status of product technology platforms and support processes, and prepare recommendations for system/process improvements.
  • Planning and Management: Plan, conduct, and track progress of business application/web programming activities across all aspects of the product technology platform.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a seasoned project manager with:

  • Demonstrated experience juggling multiple conflicting priorities to ensure best possible delivery outcomes.
  • System Development Lifecycle experience, including identifying and introducing process improvements.
  • Able to present and liaise with senior management with ease and confidence.
  • A trusted partner within the business, driving successful projects.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
What Could Set You Apart

Candidates with:

  • PMP/PGMP certification.
  • Basic cloud certification (GCP/AWS/Azure).
  • Professional experience in Financial services & Banking.
