Senior Psychologist Position

This senior psychologist position presents a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to mental health services within our Gold Coast region. As a highly skilled and experienced professional, you will be responsible for providing world-class clinical care to patients in their homes, promoting a more person-centred approach to mental health support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercising independent professional clinical judgement in delivering complex psychology services.
  • Participating actively in evidence-based practice initiatives, collaborating with the wider psychology team and multi-disciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintaining high-level communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Providing education, direction, and supervision to psychology students, fostering their growth and development.
About You

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body in Australia.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Up-to-date vaccination records, including Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, and Hepatitis B.
  • Tuberculosis screening.
  • A clean disciplinary history.
  • Criminal history clearance.
  • The ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
