Mental Health Director Role
This role is a key position within the WA health system, overseeing the development and implementation of mental health services. The successful candidate will lead a team in delivering high-quality services to meet the growing needs of the population.
About This Opportunity
This full-time appointment is for five years, with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on mental health services. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving reform initiatives, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient resource management.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health services
Provide leadership to taskforces and teams
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Health Service Providers and government agencies
Ensure effective resource management and coordination across the WA health system
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must have a valid working visa or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia. Additionally, applicants must possess excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects.
