A Manager of Investigations and Safety Compliance is sought to lead a team of investigators across multiple states. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legislative frameworks, including HVNL and CoR.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a national team of investigators, fostering high performance and professional growth

  • Expertise in conducting and overseeing investigations in risk-based and legislative frameworks
  • Advanced knowledge of HVNL, CoR, or similar safety-focused legislative regimes
  • Strong understanding of compliance monitoring, systems assessments and enforcement strategy
  • Ability to lead with integrity, make sound decisions under pressure, and influence strategic outcomes
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
