Job Title: Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods with high accuracy, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely stock management.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Implement and monitor inventory management systems and processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Monitor and manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A commitment to safety, demonstrated by previous experience in enforcing safety protocols.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems and relevant software.
  • Operating warehouse equipment and obtaining necessary licenses (e.g., forklift).
  • The ability to address operational challenges and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team management.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
