About Our Warehouse Operations

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods with high accuracy, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Oversee inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and timely stock management.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Develop and implement inventory management systems and processes.
  • Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
  • Monitor and manage order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems and relevant software.
  • Experience in operating warehouse equipment and relevant licenses e.g. forklift.
  • The ability to address operational challenges and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage stakeholder relationships and team management.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent customer focus.
