About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Business Development Manager to join our team at Dulux Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the trade sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue in the trade sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade customers, including contractors, builders, and suppliers.
  • Provide technical support and training to trade customers on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
