About the Opportunity
DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Trade Business Development Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve driving business growth and market share in our commercial remedial and repaint segments, including facades and roofing.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise business profitability and market share in commercial remedial and repaint segments.
- Provide support and leadership to our Qld Trade and Acratex commercial repaint and remedial sales teams.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including project managers, strata managers, architects, asset owners, and facility managers.
- Collaborate with our property services team to drive project success.
Requirements
- Previous business development experience within a similar industry or product.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide solutions.
- Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to travel to areas of QLD, as required.
- Strong CRM, IT systems, and call planning experience.
- Budget and financial management skills.
