About the Opportunity

DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Trade Business Development Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve driving business growth and market share in our commercial remedial and repaint segments, including facades and roofing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise business profitability and market share in commercial remedial and repaint segments.
  • Provide support and leadership to our Qld Trade and Acratex commercial repaint and remedial sales teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including project managers, strata managers, architects, asset owners, and facility managers.
  • Collaborate with our property services team to drive project success.

Requirements

  • Previous business development experience within a similar industry or product.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to areas of QLD, as required.
  • Strong CRM, IT systems, and call planning experience.
  • Budget and financial management skills.
