This role is suited to an experienced and well-rounded healthcare executive with a strong track record of operational management in a complex care environment. You will have a deep understanding of the aged care sector and the ability to manage multiple service lines and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive experience in operational management of a care services setting.
- Knowledge and understanding of the aged care sector and provision of residential, retirement, and home-based aged care services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple service lines and conflicting stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- High-level knowledge and understanding of the health and aged care sectors, including funding and policy protocols, accreditation, and industrial legislation.
- Sound financial management knowledge and skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with managing and implementing continuous quality improvement systems and projects.
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing organisational cultural change.
