The Opportunity

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to lead our Wealth Operations division, ensuring we maintain the highest service standards and exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing key functions, including commercial lending support and client services for our managed funds.

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for:

  • Optimising workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity;
  • Enhancing compliance and risk management practices to align with legislation and industry standards;
  • Continually improving systems and processes to drive growth and innovation.
Your Mission

Your mission will be to lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the General Manager Wealth and the Wealth Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives that enhance growth, streamline processes, and manage risks within our regulatory environment.

Requirements

We are looking for a continuous improvement champion with a passion for process improvement and a data-driven mindset. You will be digitally savvy, with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage teams and drive cultural change. Your technical expertise in risk management and compliance will ensure our practices align with legislation and industry standards.

A background in wealth management, financial services, or operations leadership, coupled with experience in change management, process improvement, and customer-focused problem-solving, is highly desirable.

About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships and managing partnerships with key third-party providers. You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives and drive business growth.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive remuneration package, including benefits such as health insurance, superannuation, and professional development opportunities.
