Beverage and Food Reservations Expert

As a Beverage and Food Reservations Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently processing all reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations received through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify guests' reservation needs and select suitable room types based on availability and rates.
  • Verify room type and rate availability to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Clearly explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers, promoting transparency and trust.
  • Accommodate and document special requests from guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Respond to inquiries about property facilities and services, as well as room accommodations, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Apply sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities and drive business growth.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Inputting and accessing data in the reservation system with precision and speed.
  • Indicating special room reservation types, such as complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale reservations.
  • FOLLOWING PROPER ESCALATION PROCEDURES WHEN ADDRESSING GUEST CONCERNS AND ISSUES.
