About the Opportunity

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a professional, successful, and close-knit team in their Corporate/ Commercial practice group as a dedicated Corporate Solicitor. You will be working closely with a highly experienced Partner on a wide variety of matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Involved in a range of commercial projects, including corporate restructuring and reorganization, retail and commercial leasing and licensing, franchising, business, shares and assets acquisition and disposal in various sectors, and general commercial drafting and advice.
  • Exposed to high level and interesting work from day one.

About You:

We are looking for an extremely motivated, experienced, and passionate individual who is looking to work in a fast-paced and supportive working environment. You would ideally need to have a good solid level of experience from a reputable firm, and it is essential that you have a thorough understanding of your areas of expertise.
