We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to assume the role of Sales Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the success of our Online Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required
  • Support the sales process by processing transactions, handling returns, and resolving customer complaints
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
Requirements:
  • A passion for customer service and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential
