">We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our team in providing assessment and crisis response services, working from a feminist perspective to increase the safety and empowerment of women and children.
">The ideal candidate will have strong case management skills, with the ability to develop individualized plans in collaboration with clients and assess ongoing needs and circumstances.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver comprehensive assessment and crisis response services
- Work collaboratively with service users to empower and increase their safety
- Establish relationships that promote self-determination and participation
- Ongoing assessment of client issues, needs, and circumstances
- Develop individualized case plans in collaboration with clients
Requirements:
">- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent formal learning
- Experience working in the family violence sector is desirable
- Specialist family violence and/or child wellbeing experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated case management experience and skills
- Highly developed time management and work prioritization skills
- Advance computer skills, including data and record management
- Current VIC Driver's Licence
- Valid VIC Employee Working with Children Check
- Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
