The ideal candidate will have strong case management skills, with the ability to develop individualized plans in collaboration with clients and assess ongoing needs and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive assessment and crisis response services
  • Work collaboratively with service users to empower and increase their safety
  • Establish relationships that promote self-determination and participation
  • Ongoing assessment of client issues, needs, and circumstances
  • Develop individualized case plans in collaboration with clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent formal learning
  • Experience working in the family violence sector is desirable
  • Specialist family violence and/or child wellbeing experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated case management experience and skills
  • Highly developed time management and work prioritization skills
  • Advance computer skills, including data and record management
  • Current VIC Driver's Licence
  • Valid VIC Employee Working with Children Check
  • Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
