Role Overview:

A key position within our clinical education program has become available, focusing on the coordination of nursing and midwifery student programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing educational portfolios that meet organisational needs, coordinating graduate and transition to specialty practice programs, and developing education programs for pre-registration students.

To succeed in this role, applicants must demonstrate ability to create positive learning environments and have prior experience in women's health, with registration as a nurse and midwife also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing education programs for pre-registration students
  • Coordinating Graduate and Transition to Specialty Practice Programs (registered and enrolled)
  • Sharing allocated portfolios that meet organisational need
  • Attending and linking with various clinical quality, safety and research forums

Requirements:

  • Registration as a nurse and registration as a midwife
  • Demonstrated ability to create positive learning and reflective practice environments for learners at all levels
  • Previous experience in Women's Health would be highly regarded
