About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at New Aim, Australia's largest and fastest-growing private ecommerce company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored solutions to meet the business objectives, challenges, and goals of our channel clients.
  • Regularly communicate with channels to provide updates, gather feedback and data, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Analyse ecommerce performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact channels operations, offering prompt solutions to mitigate negative effects.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven working experience in a sales and account management position, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, generate actionable insights from sales reports, and provide solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Understanding of ecommerce and its various channels.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
