Job Description

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will lead our warehouse and transport operations in Launceston. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

  • Lead and support three direct Supervisors and their wider teams across transport, picking, and stock control.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including dispatch, receipting, stock rotation, and compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Drive cultural change through coaching, clear communication, and consistent leadership.
  • Coordinate stock movement, storage, and system receipting in partnership with the Stock Controller.
  • Monitor and schedule vehicle and building maintenance.
  • Manage site rostering, overtime tracking, and support payroll reporting.
  • Promote and maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading large teams in fast-paced operations or warehouse environments.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and company policies.
