Your new role

Reporting to the Factory Manager, as a Process Worker you'll be responsible for:

  • Operation of moulding machines
  • Monitor quality and detect and report any defects
  • Pack and count final product ready for dispatch
  • Following safe work procedures
  • Fork lift operation
  • Manual handling
  • Maintaining a clean work environment.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you must demonstrate proven experience operating fixed plant equipment within a manufacturing environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Reliability and a commitment to work
  • An eye for detail and focus on quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret instructions and specifications
  • A current forklift licence will be highly regarded.

If successful, you will be offered direct employment with our client, initially working full-time hours on a casual basis, with the possibility of ongoing permanent employment.
