Key Retail Sales Role

We are seeking an efficient and proactive retail sales enthusiast with a strong connection to sport to join our team at the Melbourne Factory Outlet.

This part-time role involves working fixed weekly hours on both weekdays and weekend days. If you have a passion for achieving results and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership, and use available resources to meet or exceed them
  • Execute brand customer service standards to meet customer expectations
  • Execute and maintain established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, replenish merchandising fixtures, and ensure the entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Represent the brand and products in an inspiring way
Requirements:
  • Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
