Key Retail Sales Role

We are seeking a highly motivated retail sales professional to join our dynamic team in Victoria.

This role is focused on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets and using all available store resources to achieve success.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and meet individual performance targets
  • Execute the brand's customer service standards to meet or exceed customers' expectations
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and maintain merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in retail sales or customer service with a proven track record of success. You will be energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
