Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact in a dynamic organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and updating product costings, BOMs, and standard costs, as well as monitoring and reporting on production variances (yield, wastage, efficiency). They will also prepare monthly management accounts and dashboards, supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate cost assumptions.

  • Proven experience in management accounting within a manufacturing, FMCG, or production setting
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, variances, and standard costing
  • Experience with ERP systems (JDE desirable, but not essential)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and updating product costings, BOMs, and standard costs
  • Monitoring and reporting on production variances (yield, wastage, efficiency)
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and dashboards
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate cost assumptions
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently, hit the ground running, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • CA/CPA qualification (or studying towards) preferred, but not essential
