Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cost Schedule Analyst to join our team. As a Cost Schedule Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting cost control systems and helping keep projects on track and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Coordinate Frameworks: Assist in the establishment and coordination of frameworks and baselines for project cost, schedule, and risk for new and existing programs.
  • Schedule Management: Assist in the development and resource loading of schedules in accordance with established processes, standards, guidelines, health checks, and code structures.
  • Risk and Margin Tasks: Assist in the incorporation of risk and schedule margin tasks into schedules based on risk registers and Project Managers/Cost Account Managers guidance.
  • Documentation and Data Integrity: Maintain all documentation and databases with regards to project planning and maintenance, including data trace integrity.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and Experience: Exposure to principles, concepts, practices, and standards of scheduling and EVM principles, particularly Critical Path Method and Baseline Control.
  • Accounting and Budgeting Principles: Knowledge of and/or exposure to accounting and budgeting principles.
  • Computer Literacy: Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications.
