**About the Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**
- Lead the review and enhancement of leadership and behavioural competencies to support cultural transformation.
- Drive the implementation of technology solutions for capability tracking, reporting, and visibility.
- Collaborate with L&D, NCD, and SMEs to design and embed competency frameworks across key business functions.
- Develop and maintain resources, toolkits, and guides to support framework adoption and usability.
- Establish and oversee governance processes for framework updates and business input.
- Monitor and report on capability data to identify strengths and gaps.
- Support system integration of competency frameworks within HRIS platforms.
- Partner across People & Culture to embed frameworks into recruitment, onboarding, learning, and succession planning.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure successful framework delivery.
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, with experience in developing and implementing competency frameworks.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing competency frameworks within medium to large size complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of organisational development, change management, and talent strategies.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to deliver strategic and hands-on solutions.
- High level of communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
- Experience in capability systems implementation and governance.
- Experience with HRIS systems is highly desirable.
**Eligibility**
This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance up to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
