Exciting Opportunity in Property Management

Randstad is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee the management of a mid-sized portfolio of residential properties in Mount Gravatt. With a strong focus on optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction, this role requires exceptional property management skills and knowledge of Queensland legislation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including routine inspections, responding to tenant inquiries, and ensuring compliance with tenancy laws and company policies. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of property management operations for a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
  • Conducting routine property inspections to maintain properties to high standards and identify necessary repairs.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensuring compliance with tenancy laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Collaborating with maintenance officers and contractors to ensure timely resolution of repairs and maintenance issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Property Manager in Queensland.
  • Certificate of Registration and Valid real estate licence.
  • Proficiency in property management software.
  • Strong knowledge of property management regulations and practices, including an up-to-date understanding of Queensland legislation changes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
