About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Mt Gravatt QLD. As a Home Care Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing tailored care services that cater to their individual needs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating habits.
- Offer social support and engage customers in lifestyle activities to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, to ensure our customers maintain their independence.
- Offer respite and emotional support to customers and their families.
- Transport customers to appointments and provide complex care for those with high care needs.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently. You'll also require a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.

What We Offer:
As a Home Care Worker with KinCare, you'll enjoy a competitive salary package, including an estimated $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also have access to accelerated learning programs to gain your professional qualifications (Cert 3) and ongoing support to ensure you excel in your role.
