  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with supervisors to resolve on-site issues promptly, ensuring contractual obligations and building standards are upheld or surpassed.
  • Cost Optimization: Implement proactive planning and cost-effective problem-solving strategies to minimize ETS and drive continuous improvement.
  • Client Satisfaction: Review and resolve escalated client concerns quickly, maintaining a customer-first mindset and preserving brand reputation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze client feedback and Net Promoter Scores (NPS), partnering with managers and supervisors to implement targeted initiatives for enhanced performance.
