This role is for an ordinary person to become an Extraordinary Leader. As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing project finances, tasks and timelines.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding Projects and Customers' Needs
  • Assessing, Approving and Negotiating Contracts and Contract Terms
  • Creating Budgets, Issuing Purchase Orders and Approving Suppliers' Invoices
  • Managing Project Finances, Tasks and Timelines
  • Completing Weekly Project Reports and Project Forecasting
  • Liaising with Clients, Consultants, Trades and Suppliers

To be successful, you will require:

  • A degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • A high level of computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Project.
  • Experience in Contract Administration.
  • Proficiency in project planning, drawings knowledge and document management.
  • Financial planning and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A full driver's licence.
