**Job Summary:** Supervise beverage operations and assist with offerings and upsells, menu planning and floor support during peak meal periods. Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction. Determine training needed to accomplish goals, then implement plan.

**Core Work Activities:

- Partner with the Restaurant Management team to execute smooth operations.

- Complete barista opening, cleaning, and closing duties as per checklist.

- Develop a complete working knowledge of all food and beverages served in the Restaurant.

- Ensure that every guest receives the highest quality of service in line with standards.

- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and work areas

- Restock and replenish supplies regularly.

- Perform preventative measures to keep machines and equipment in working condition.

- Contribute to shift briefings as required.

- Ensure accurate guest billing.

- Monitor opening and closing duties completed daily to standard.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

- High work ethic with a high degree of responsibility.

- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships.
