Senior Dental Receptionist Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming patients and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with staff members
  • Calling patients and prospects to remind them of upcoming appointments and introduce the practice
  • Maintaining patient records and filing systems, handling payments and reconciling transactions
Requirements:
  • Dental receptionist experience and dental assistant training
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, knowledge of dental software and procedures a plus
  • Confidence to talk to new people, call prospects and existing patients
