Job Title: Senior Construction Documentation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Documentation Architect to join our team at Eficaz Consulting Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept design through to development approval, modification, and construction documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept design through to development approval, modification, and construction documentation
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction plans/documentation utilizing Revit software
  • Manage all CC applications through to approval and assist with Construction and Occupation Certifications
  • Prepare site plans, general arrangement floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections, wall type schedules, core and staircase details, and construction details
  • Take ownership of designing document finishes, fittings, and fixtures schedules/trade specifications
  • Be the focal point of contacts with relevant engineers and third-party consultants
  • Manage key stakeholders' relationships

Requirements:

  • Formal architectural qualifications or similar
  • 7+ years of experience working in a private developer/builder or architectural firm
  • Experience in managing end-to-end projects from DA to construction
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for design and architecture
  • Ability to work across multiple projects
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
