Job Title: Project Officer - Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Officer to join our team at DFP Recruitment Services. As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for managing a number of specific construction projects, including procurement, quality assurance, and on-site project management support to senior project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple residential construction projects across NSW, including metro and regional locations
  • Liaise with diverse stakeholders, including builders, architects, local councils, and ACHPs to identify and mitigate issues and risks
  • Travel to remote and regional NSW to perform quality inspections on New Build construction sites
  • Monitor project delivery milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal cultural beliefs and attitudes and of the socio-economic position of Aboriginal people within Australian society
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a national police check and WWCC
