About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and process-orientated individual to support our Community Life Executive and team. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to enable the department to operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Community Life Executive and wider team.
  • Manage multiple diaries and ensure effective diary management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office suite and demonstrate strong IT literacy.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Demonstrate commitment to exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant job-related experience in a similar environment.
  • Skill in supporting fast-paced and high-energy senior leaders.
  • Able to work effectively with the Community Life and Activation team.
  • Organizational and time management skills to meet defined deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong IT literacy.
