Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Food Product Development Specialist to join our team.

  • The role will involve working as part of the Product Development team responsible for developing new and improved food products tailored to the health industry.
  • Manage assigned product development opportunities and projects.
  • Conduct bench work, ingredient sourcing, and formulation development.
  • Prepare product costings and nutritional information.
  • Create and review product specifications and artwork.
  • Support product launches and customer presentations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, QA, Production, and Regulatory teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in food ingredient development.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field.
  • Proven ability in food product development and knowledge around food regulations.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Passion for food and innovation.
