The Role
The role will involve working as part of the Product Development team responsible for developing new and improved food products tailored to the health industry.Manage assigned product development opportunities and projects
Conduct bench work, ingredient sourcing, and formulation development
Prepare product costings and nutritional information
Create and review product specifications and artwork
Support product launches and customer presentations
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, QA, Production, and Regulatory teams
Skills & ExperienceExperience in food ingredient development
Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field
Proven ability in food product development and knowledge around food regulations
High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
Passion for food and innovation
