The Role

The role will involve working as part of the Product Development team responsible for developing new and improved food products tailored to the health industry.

  • Manage assigned product development opportunities and projects
  • Conduct bench work, ingredient sourcing, and formulation development
  • Prepare product costings and nutritional information
  • Create and review product specifications and artwork
  • Support product launches and customer presentations
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, QA, Production, and Regulatory teams
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in food ingredient development
  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field
  • Proven ability in food product development and knowledge around food regulations
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Passion for food and innovation
