Please note - Due to the variety and volumes of our products, candidates should be aware that working with certain food products, e.g. meats, dairy or gluten-based items is a requirement of this role.


• Shift length 4-8 hours, working 3-5 shifts per week


• Monday to Friday shifts from 4:00am – finish time variable, generally around 12pm


• Adult casual rate (21yo +) $33.19 per hour, reduced rate for younger applicants but all welcome to apply

Role tasks and opportunities

  • Preparation and weighing of ingredients
  • Weighing, mixing, making and sheeting pastry
  • Oven work and baking
  • Sauce preparation for pies
  • Pie and cake assembly
  • Cooking a variety of meats for products
  • Practicing cleanliness and hygiene at all times, HACCP guidelines
  • Some computer work
