Job OverviewThis role is pivotal in driving our e-commerce strategy forward. As our eCommerce Manager, you'll transform data-driven insights into successful campaigns that boost customer acquisition and online presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Execution: Design and implement innovative acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, focusing on Shopify for maximum impact.
- Shopify Optimization: Enhance Shopify performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and improved conversion rates.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate campaign performance using data analytics, making informed adjustments to maximise ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and leverage opportunities across marketing, product, and customer experience.
- SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive sustained traffic growth.
- Budget Management: Create, manage, and optimise acquisition budgets to ensure strategic resource allocation.
- A/B Testing: Conduct experiments to refine strategies, improve the customer journey, and enhance overall campaign performance.
- Performance Reporting: Plan, implement, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Klaviyo, and Gorgias.
We seek a results-oriented, data-driven eCommerce expert with a deep understanding of Shopify to spearhead our growth initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving results, whether it's optimizing our existing Shopify store or building scalable solutions from scratch.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing or digital acquisition, with a strong focus on driving growth and results.
- Extensive experience with Shopify, including building and optimising Shopify stores to maximise conversions and enhance the customer journey.
- Strong proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other data platforms to extract actionable insights.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with a proven ability to develop and execute outside-the-box strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and departments to drive shared goals.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo (email marketing platforms), Gorgias (customer service tools), and best practices for SEO and CRM.
- $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
