Key Responsibilities- Designing and delivering advanced rehabilitation programs for people with neurological impairments.
- Harnessing AI-powered feedback systems to personalize therapy.
- Using robotics to assist clients in regaining movement and enhancing independence.
- Guiding clients through immersive VR experiences that retrain the brain and body.
- Supporting individuals living with neurological conditions funded by DVA, NIISQ, NDIS, and others.
- Providing hope, empowerment, and measurable progress to clients.
- Comprehensive training in neuroplasticity principles and their practical application.
- How to operate and integrate state-of-the-art AI, robotics, and VR systems.
- Combining clinical exercise physiology with technology-driven rehab for maximum impact.
- Engaging and motivating clients through gamification and personalized experiences.
- Veterans (DVA clients): rehab for neurological injuries, PTSD, or complex conditions.
- NIISQ clients: ongoing support after life-changing injuries.
- NDIS participants: striving for maximum independence and quality of life.
- AI-driven rehabilitation platforms that adapt in real-time.
- Robotic-assisted gait training enabling movement beyond unaided capability.
- VR scenarios that retrain the brain while engaging the senses.
- Gamified equipment that motivates through repeatable progress.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an OT, EP, or Physio.
- Genuine passion for neuroplasticity and neurological rehabilitation.
- Previous experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred but not essential.
- Excited by technology and open to mastering new tools.

- Empathy, encouragement, and respect when connecting with clients.

- Must hold or be willing to obtain National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
