We are building a pioneering neuro-rehabilitation facility that integrates technology with human expertise. The role is for a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Exercise Physiologist with an interest in neuroplasticity to join a ground-floor team delivering innovative rehabilitation using AI, robotics, and gamified platforms.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering cutting-edge rehabilitation programs for people with neurological impairments. This will involve harnessing AI-powered feedback systems to personalize therapy, utilizing robotics to assist clients in regaining movement, and guiding clients through VR experiences that retrain the brain and body.

Comprehensive training will be provided in neuroplasticity principles and their practical application. This includes how to operate and integrate state-of-the-art AI, robotics, and VR systems. A supportive, visionary team culture where innovation is celebrated.

The role involves working with veterans, NIISQ clients, and NDIS participants, striving for maximum independence and quality of life. Each client is seeking possibility, and you will guide them toward it.

Exclusive technology including AI-driven rehabilitation platforms that adapt in real time, robotic-assisted gait training enabling movement beyond unaided capability, and VR scenarios that retrain the brain while engaging the senses.

To be considered, applicants must have current registration with AHPRA, minimum 2 years of experience as an OT, EP, or Physio, genuine passion for neuroplasticity and neurological rehabilitation, and previous experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred but not essential.
