About This Role:

  • Substantial experience in academic quality assurance, curriculum review, or program evaluation within higher education, regulatory, or similar settings.
  • Strong understanding of, and experience working with, the Higher Education Standards Framework (2021) and TEQSA's risk-based regulatory approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and support stakeholders through change and improvement initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills with the ability to manage staff and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including reporting, briefing, and policy development.
